Studio Line Wine Cup

$15.00

This piece is part of my Studio Line—one-of-a-kind work that explores form, glaze, and process beyond my established collections.

Studio Line Wine Cup

This one-of-a-kind (Thank goodness!) wine cup is a studio experiment that leans fully into irregularity. The glaze fired unevenly, creating areas of turquoise pooling, muted earth tones, and abrupt transitions where the surface broke and shifted in the kiln. The result is unpredictable and intentionally unresolved.

The form itself is simple and sturdy, but the surface tells a more chaotic story—drips, thin spots, and unexpected color changes are all part of the piece. This is not a refined or polished glaze line, and it wasn’t edited or corrected after firing.

This cup is best suited for someone who enjoys process-driven work, unusual kiln results, or pieces that show what actually happens when materials are pushed. If you’re looking for symmetry or consistency, this probably isn’t the right piece—and that’s okay.
