Product Warranty
Our work is made to last. We offer a lifetime warranty against defects in craftsmanship. If a piece doesn’t hold up as it should due to how it was made, we will repair or replace it.
This does not include breakage, chips, or cracks from impact, nor damage from improper use or care, or the natural signs of use that come with time.
Refund Policy
We take care in packing each order, and all shipments are insured for their full value. If your piece arrives damaged in transit, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. Once confirmed, we will issue a refund or replacement.
